Mike Johnson, Mike Pegher Jr., Carl McKinney, Bob Schwartzmiller, Eric Goldberg and Daniel White pick up wins on night two at Pittsburgh's PA Motor Speedway on April 10, 2010.

Pittsburgh, PA - April 10, 2010 - Imperial PA's Mike Johnson ended a long dry spell and picked up the win in the Hoosier Tire Mid-Atlantic DIRTcar Super Late Model feature. The win was his first since August 6 2006. Mike Basich and Mike Davis brought the field down for the green but the yellow came out quickly as Mike Basich and Lynn Geisler tangled in turns one and two, ending Geisler's night. On the restart, Jason Rider grabbed the lead, and led the first four laps before his motor blew, bringing out the caution. On the restart, heat winner Keith Barbara grabbed the lead, but unfortunately for him, it was determined that he had jumped the start, so he was to be docked two spots, and 5th starting Mike Johnson was moved into first with Mike Basich in second and Barbara in third. So on the next restart; it was Johnson, with Barbara getting by Basich. Meanwhile last week's one and two finishers Jared Miley and Steve Baker were moving up thru the field from 12th and 11th spots and had moved into third and fourth. Johnson was out in front now with Barbara and Miley battling for second, and Baker starting to reel them in from fourth. Another yellow came out on lap 16, and bunched the field up one last time. On the restart Johnson was back out front, and Miley and Baker overhauled Barbara to move into second and third. And the trio pulled away from the rest of the field at that point. At the finish, it was Johnson with a well deserved win followed by Miley, Baker, Barbara, Ben Miley, Daryl Charlier, Jim Stephans, Mike Davis, Tony Musolino (from the tail), and John Mollick . Keith Barbara won the first heat while John Mollick won the second. Barbara was turning laps below the track record, fastest being 18.151.

In the Brougher's Machine Shop Fastrak Late Models, Wexford PA's Mike Pegher Jr., grabbed his second win in a row in dramatic fashion. Pegher, who started the event 17th after breaking a wheel while leading his heat, charged thru the field to take the lead on lap 13 and win going away. Outside front row starter Dan Karalagas grabbed the lead at the start with Josh Holtgraver right behind in second. The pair pulled away, while Pegher made his way thru the field. He picked off cars in rapid succession, and got by both Karalagas and Holtgraver in one sweeping move. From that point on, the race was all Pegher's. Holtgraver ended up second, while Karalagas had dropped out of the event on lap 16. Beau Glemba made his first start of the season to finish third followed by Rick Meglaye, Mark Moats Jr., Chad McClellan, Dan Angelicchio, Dennis Niederriter (from 19th). Rocky Kugel and Bryant Hank. Chad McClellan and Mark Moats Jr. picked up the heats.

The Miley RV Service Center UMP Modifieds saw Mars PA's Carl McKinney picked up his first win ever at PPMS. McKinney grabbed the lead on lap 1 from his outside front row starting spot and led every lap. Kari Gasser had her best run so far this season finishing second followed by Mike Davis, Daryl Charlier, Vince Laboon, Kevin Miller, Chris Basich, J.E. Stalder, Clayton Kennedy, and Tom Martineck. The heats saw J.E. Stalder and Daryl Charlier grab wins.

Bob Schwartzmiller, Robinson Township, PA grabbed his first win of 2010 in the Sunoco Race Fuels DIRTcar Cadets. Schwartzmiller grabbed the lead on lap 3 from early leader Dave Slade and held off a strong challenge from Nick Kocuba (who dropped out on lap 10) to pick up the victory. Jake Simmons was second followed by Craig Koteles, Pat Weldon, Greg McManus, Joe Koteles, Mike Mohn, Bill Robertson, Jim Ball, and Kocuba. The heats fell to Pat Weldon and Jake Simmons.

Eric Goldberg won his first win of the season in the Miley BP Car Wash DIRTcar Hobby Stocks. The Pittsburgh PA driver grabbed the lead on lap one and led the rest of the way. Gary Koteles challenged but came up short to finish second followed by Brian Huchko, Robby Torrens, Edward Wiser and Ricky Steigerwald. The Imperial Heights Garage DIRTcar Young Guns saw Carnegie PA's Daniel White pick up his first win of the season over Trevor Gombach, Tyler Atkinson, Alec Broniszewski, Joe Gombach III and Hannah Ramsey.

April 3 - South Park PA’s Jared Miley started off his 2010 campaign in the Hoosier Tire Mid‐Atlantic DIRTcar Super Late

of the feature. Miley and Steve Baker brought the field down for the start. Miley grabbed the lead with Baker in
second and Keith Barbara in third. The first caution appeared on lap 11, when Tommy Beck tagged the first turn wall.
On the yellow, Barbara pitted with overheating problems and ended his run. On the restart, Miley jumped out in
front again with Baker behind, and now with Mike Johnson in third. A battle for 4th started between Daryl Charlier,
Lynn Geisler, and Jim Stephans. Another yellow appeared on lap 16, for some debris on the low side in one and two,
which allowed the field to tighten up. Miley again took off, with Baker in second, Johnson in third, and now with Jim
Stephans in fourth. And that’s how they finished, Miley picking up his 15th career PPMS win, followed by Baker,
Johnson, Stephans, Charlier, Geisler, Jason Rider, Mike Davis, newcomer John Garvin Jr., and Chuck Medved. Jared
